These drawings serve not only as a guide to follow to complete the project on time and within allocated budgets, but also fulfill the function and purpose of the spaces by making the client’s tasks and activities within them more comfortable, convenient and pleasurable.  

The next phase is the aesthetic or decorative phase when interior finishes for flooring, walls, and cabinets, furniture style and fabrics, various accessories like artwork interior plants and lighting fixtures are selected according to the client’s style, theme and budget.
