Priscilla Castellano, Designer

 

From your first meeting with Priscilla Castellano you get the sense that design plays a vital part in every aspect of her life. Born in New York and moved to Florida in 1985, Priscilla has been designing elegant homes throughout Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Bradenton, Sarasota and the Central Florida area for over 10 years.  She is a consummate professional with the knowledge and skills needed to design stunning interiors and one of- a- kind spaces.  

 

In 1999 Priscilla launched Andrea Lauren Elegant Interiors and specializes in fine home designs.  An active member of IDS, her ultimate passion is to bring elegance to every home.  

 

She is married and currently lives in Tampa Bay area where she is a Member of the Westshore Alliance, South Tampa Chamber of Commerce, The Tampa Club and Tampa Bay Society.  Priscilla also volunteers her time and design services in church building projects and looks forward to bring beauty and endless possibilities to your space.

Maria Parada Southard, Designer

 

Maria P. Southard grew up in the tropical rain forest of Bolivia, South America, with both of her parents influencing her creativity. In 1981 she graduated from UAG in Guadalajara, Mexico with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and shortly after graduation moved to the United States.

 

While assisting in the design of her husband’s medical office she realized that her analytical skills and creativity went hand-in-hand in order to achieve the function and aesthetics needed when designing fine interior spaces. Maria then earned her second degree, a Bachelor's in Fine Arts and Interior Design at the International Academy of Design and Technology in Tampa, Florida. She began her work under the guidance of Samuel Malone, ASID LIC Interior Designer and has since had the opportunity to work in different areas of design. Some include freelance for Interior Designers and Builders, generating CAD architectural drawings, and designing custom cabinetry and fireplaces.

 

She also experienced a more artistic aspect of design while working at Robb & Stucky Interiors in Tampa, FL, creating exquisite interiors with their selection of interior finishes, furnishings, and accessories. She has been part of the Andrea Lauren Elegant Interiors team since 2003 and brings a excellent fusion of beautiful aesthetic and functionality to each of her designs.
